Brill Salted Caramel Buttercreme Icing

Brill Chocolate Ready Ice

Coarse Salt

Fancy Chocolate Triangles

Chocolate Striped Sticks

Chocolate Curls/Shavings

 

Instructions

Place a  4oz. cupcake on a turntable.

Use an open coupler and Salted Caramel Buttercreme to pipe the layered teardrop effect as shown in photo.

Use a #18 tip to pipe a rosette on the top.

Garnish the sides with Chocolate curls/shavings

Add 2 Chocolate triangles as shown

In the center of the rosette place 2 chocolate striped sticks.

Garnish with coarse salt pieces.
