1. Mix light rose pink and red icings using DecoPac Red Red Premium Gel (Item #45283).

2. Ice the cake, combing the sides if desired.

3. Lightly airbrush the top and sides of the cake with a 1:1 ratio of Red (Item #10166) to Pink (Item #10165) Lucks Liquid Airbrush Colors.

4. Use pink icing in a #895 large basket weave tip to pipe a wavy bottom border.

5. Use white icing in a #5 round tip (Item #11027) to pipe a wavy top border.

6. Use red icing in a #3 round tip (Item #11022) to pipe the inscription.

7. Finish with Happy Face Cupcake Assortment Dec-Ons® decorations (Item #46485).
