Steve Leibsohn has been a Wetzel’s Pretzels franchisee and brand ambassador for over 25 years, now with over 35 locations in Arizona.

The company aims to increase diversity in the restaurant industry through the creation of its Wetzel’s Pretzels Access to Equity Program.

The gourmet pretzel chain is launching the Frozen Horchata and Choco Churro Bitz for a limited time.

The acquisition is valued at approximately $207 million and is expected to close sometime in December.
