North Dakota Mill, the only state-owned mill in the United States, announced this week that it plans to expand milling capacity.

March 20 is World Flour Day, a concept that was initiated months ago by curators at the World Flour Museum in Wittenberg, Germany.

The largest independent flour miller in the U.S. announced that it has increased its commitment to improving wheat quality with another gift to the Kansas Wheat Commission Research Foundation.

Study results were recently presented at the Whole Grain Summit in Vienna in November.
