Brian Amick is the digital media editor of bake. He has been at Sosland Publishing since 2016, covering the retail baking industry. Amick is a 2011 graduate of the University of Missouri.
In collaboration with renowned pastry chefs, including Dominique Ansel, the company has developed molds that have become essentials in professional kitchens thanks to their quality and durability.
This expansion will create 51 new manufacturing jobs in Hamblen County, bringing the company's total headcount throughout Tennessee to nearly 1,400 people.
