 844 exhibitors, 200 of which were new to IBIE, showed off their new equipment, ingredients and services to buyers.
 

After three years of dealing with a pandemic, a topsy-turvy market for baked goods and a supply chain and labor crisis, the International Baking Industry Exposition did not disappoint. 

At this year’s event, bakers competed in 15 different categories and were assessed by 23 judges who represented the US, the United Kingdom and Europe.

Cannabis and CBD are growing in relevance and dollar sales. The International Baking Industry Exposition provided attendees the information and connections they need to demystify this market.
