The collection delivers modern comfort food, with some twists, and a healthy, economical foundation for easy-to-make, flavorful foods cooked at home. New packaging reflects its place in the kitchen yearround, beyond its seasonal and holiday popularity.
Cuddle up to Canterbury Naturals’ decadent line of premium hot chocolates. Always all-natural, these indulgent gourmet beverages feature ethically sourced cocoa and the finest specialty ingredients. Using time-honored, traditional methods, the hot chocolate is produced in small batches to achieve an irresistibly rich, smooth flavor experience. Why not drink dessert for a change?
The Canterbury Naturals hot chocolate line features the following new flavors in 10 oz canisters (approximately 10 servings per container):
• Double Chocolate Hot Chocolate: Made for the chocolate connoisseur. A double delight of two premium cocoas, creating velvety smoothness in one of the richest hot chocolate experiences possible.
• Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate: The best of both worlds, sweet and savory, come together in this delicious cocoa. This mouth-watering winner combines the buttery bounty of caramel with just a hint of natural sea salt to create a unique flavor profile.
• Marshmallow Swirl Hot Chocolate: The flavor that started it all. Who wouldn’t love to come home to the singular pleasure of hot chocolate sprinkled with hand-crafted, all-natural, mini marshmallows? A spin on this classic combination raises the bar. A grown up taste for the kid in you.
• Chocolate Mint Hot Chocolate: The soothing warmth of this cocoa offers the perfect balance of mint and chocolate richness.
In addition to the new cocoas, the 2011 Canterbury Naturals line adds a Traditional Cornbread Dressing Mix, which is an organic, herb-seasoned dressing, perfect for a festive holiday dinner. Soup and breakfast mixes remain at the core of the line, with such popular items as Roasted Garlic Potato Corn Chowder, Rustic Fireside Tortilla Soup, On the Bayou Jambalaya Soup, and Classic Crepe Mix.
