Gem City Fine Foods, a leading gluten-free bakery, is preparing for the fall season with an expanded product line that includes chocolate caramel cheesecake, flourless chocolate cake, and chocolate cupcakes. Gem City Fine Foods, based in West Valley, Utah, is a recipient of the 2018 Sofi Bronze from the Specialty Food Association. The products are available in the Northwest, West Coast, Florida, Midwest, SouthCentral/Southwest, and the Rocky Mountains.
With so many watching their gluten intake or avoiding for dietary or health reasons, the signature decadent chocolate cupcakes and cheesecakes are ideal for fall gatherings.
Gem City Fine Foods began as a small traditional bakery in the Sugar House District of Salt Lake City, in 2005. Recognizing the need for truly delicious quality gluten-free foods, the company moved into a dedicated bakery facility in 2012.
Products are certified through the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) via the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG) and exceed the current FDA regulations and international standards of 20 parts per million (PPM). The products and facility are nut-free as well, and they are an SQF Level 2 food safety certified bakery.
