IBEX, an ITW Food Equipment Group brand, recently named Charlie Pantelakos as business unit manager. Pantelakos will oversee sales education training and focus on targeted sales growth for the brand. His additional responsibilities will include leading IBEX marketing efforts, ongoing research and development, logistics, manufacturing and culinary support for IBEX rapid-cook ovens.

Selling a first-in-the-world advanced cooking technology requires extensive industry knowledge and experience. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Pantelakos’ career experience sets IBEX up well for successful market penetration. From developing products from concept to launch at companies like RATIONAL USA to overseeing his own family’s food distribution business as the vice president of sales and operation, Pantelakos has worked extensively with dealers, consultants and end customers across multiple market segments.
