Directions
MIX
Mix the batter following the directions provided on each bag of Westco Ultra Rich Crème Cake Mix for a small batch.
For each 5 LB of batter, add 10 oz. Westco Banana Fruit-O, 10 Oz. Westco Gourmet Apple Pastry Filling, 8 oz. Thorobread Spring Patent Flour and 8 oz. diced pecans. Mix on low speed until incorporated.
MAKE UP
Scale 1 LB 12 oz. of batter into 3 ½” x 2 ½” x 7 ½” greased loaf cake pans. Garnish the top of the loaves with diced pecans and some pecan halves.
BAKE
Bake in a 325-350°F oven for 48-55 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 205°F.
