Her version of the Cookie Burger starts with two gourmet chocolate chip cookies on the outside, serving as the bun. Then she fills the “burger” with yellow icing as the mustard, a round red piece of fondant as the tomato, chocolate icing in the middle as the burger, a yellow fondant square as the cheese slice, and green lettuce-shaped pieces of fondant as the lettuce.
