Ingredients

Prep

Pillsbury™ Supreme™ Place & Bake™ Frozen Cinnamon Roll Dough, 1.5 oz (05357) - 2 lb 4.00 oz or 24 each

Assembly

  • Dulce de Leche, prepared - 9 oz or 1 1/2 cups
  • Vanilla ice cream - 2 lb or 3 cups

Directions

Prep

  1. Thaw cinnamon roll dough, covered, either at room temperature 15-30 minutes until flexible or refrigerated overnight.
  2. Roll out each dough piece to a 4-inch diameter.
  3. Cook on a lightly greased griddle preheated to 350°F approx. 4 1/2 minutes per side until cooked through; cool completely.

Assembly

  1. Spread 1 Tbsp Dulce de Leche on every cinnamon roll piece.
  2. Add a #12 scoop (2.7 oz) of ice cream on a cinnamon roll piece, then top with a second cinnamon roll piece, Dulce de Leche side down.
  3. Gently press sandwich together to spread ice cream to the edges.
  4. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic and freeze until needed.
