During IDDBA, Rise Baking Company, parent company to trusted brands Brill, South Coast, Best Maid, and Henry & Henry, showcased its new line of pies, precut, iced cake squares, and base-iced cakes, as well as cookies, muffins, icings, and more from its unparalleled product portfolio that strengthens Rise’s position as a total bakery partner.

The show featured exciting product demos on finishing Rise’s precut, iced cake squares and base-iced cakes, as well as the latest cake decorating trends that will create eye-catching displays that help to capture the attention of customers.

Bake’n Joy featured its new baked loaf cakes, with toppings included. Flavors include Banana Nut with Nuts, Blueberry with Sugar, Cranberry Nut with Nuts, French Vanilla with Streusel, and Lemon with Sugar.

Girls Scouts

At Café Valley, new Girl Scouts mini cupcakes grabbed the spotlight, available in five delicious flavors: Thin Mints. Coconut Caramel, Girl Scout S’mores, Adventurefuls, and Lemon.

Café Valley has announced the upcoming launch of a new line of Girl Scout Cookie-inspired mini cupcakes, available beginning in August in five different flavors. The 12-count mini cupcakes will be available at select grocers nationwide.

“We are proud to partner with, and support Girl Scouts. We hope you will join us in helping to further the Girl Scout’s cause,” the company announced.

Girl Scout S’mores Mini Cupcakes (12-count): Graham cracker flavored cake featuring a s’mores flavored icing topped with a chocolate and graham streusel crumble.

Girl Scout Adventurefuls Mini Cupcakes (12-count): Chocolate flavored cake with a caramel icing and topped with soft brownie pieces and mini milk chocolate chips.

Girl Scout Coconut Caramel Mini Cupcakes (12-count): Vanilla flavored cake featuring a chocolate coconut caramel icing and a chewy toasted coconut flavored sprinkle.

There are eight flavors: birthday cake, vanilla sprinkle, chocolate sprinkle, cookies and cream, strawberry crumb, vanilla coconut, raspberry swirl, and devil dog.

National Cheesecake Day

The Cheesecake Factory celebrated its favorite holiday – National Cheesecake Day – in a big way this year making it a two-day celebration and introducing the newest flavor to its legendary lineup on July 29.
