This weekend only, Eleven Madison Park (EMP) executive pastry chef, and mastermind behind the viral Madison Square pastry, Laura Cronin, is collaborating with Dominique Ansel on an exclusive, plant-based box of croissant inspired treats.
Cronin is leading the way in the plant-based pastry movement, transforming traditional favorites into innovative delights. Partnering with Dominique Ansel for the last seasonal Bake it Nice pop-up showcases the best of what fall has to offer.
This weekend only, guests are able to purchase a box containing a roasted chestnut and chocolate Madison Square from Chef Cronin, as well as an exclusive plant-based Cronut® filled with raspberry jam and hazelnut linzer cookie ganache from Chef Ansel.
In addition to the signature pastries, the pop-up will also offer Agua Fresca from EMP beverage director Sebastian Tollius, coffee to go and a selection of Eleven Madison Home products for those looking to take a piece of the experience home or for holiday shopping.
The Bake It Nice X Dominique Ansel Bakery pastry duo is available Saturday, November 2 from 11 am EST until sold out at Eleven Madison Park in New York City, at a price of $18 for the two-piece set.
