The Wisconsin Bakers Association is celebrating Mardi Gras and Fat Tuesday in a big way, and is inviting those interested to attend a Pączki Party & Mardi Gras Dessert Tasting Experience on Sunday, February 23.
Taking place at the Polish Center of Wisconsin in Franklin, Wisconsin, the event has open time slots beginning at 10 am with the last tasting session starting at 1 pm at a cost of $25 in advance and $30 at the door (until sold out).
Tickets include generous samples from eight local bakeries:

- Le Rêve Patisserie & Café
- Elsie Mae’s
- MOR Bakery
- Greige Patisserie
There will also be live accordion polka music, fun photo opportunities, a coloring contest for kids, a raffle benefiting the Wisconsin Bakers Foundation, door prizes and special guest appearances by Little Miss Polish Fest. Each attendee will also receive an admission ticket to the 2025 Polish Fest. A cash bar (21+) with pączki pairing options will be available as well.
