Cheesecaked celebrated its official grand opening on Sunday, Dec. 2, at 470 Clayton in Lawrenceville, GA. The first 100 customers received a complimentary small hot chocolate.
Cheesecaked is proud to partner with Mothers Against Drunk Driving by donating proceeds from its specialty flavor “My Little Pumpkin” to MADD. This special pumpkin cheesecake cupcake is named after Cheesecaked owner Shawn Brown’s infant son who was killed by a drunk driver at six weeks old.
“We do not applaud and or celebrate the circumstances that have brought us together. MADD intends to make this partnership a viable experience for everyone. Cheesecaked‘s desire to make MADD its charity of choice is admirable at best,” says Michael Roberts, Development Officer of MADD.
The gourmet cheesecake bakery will feature up to 15 unique cheesecake cupcakes. With a commitment to freshness, Cheesecakes takes pride in all ingredients uses.
“Our intention is to create each skillfully hand-crafted cheesecake cupcake to be a unique special indulgence,” says Shawn Brown, owner.
