The Borgata Baking Company features “sweets and eats” made by Borgata’s award-winning Executive Pastry Chef (and former White House Pastry Chef) Thaddeus DuBois.
Ideal for the guest on the go, the $1.5 million concept’s selections will range from classic desserts like Napoleons and Eclairs; fun pastries like Cake Pops, Whoopie Pies, Cake in a Jar and French Macarons; Pullman Sandwiches and warm breakfast pastries such as Cheesesteak Croissants; in addition to Illy Coffee, fresh-pressed juices, gluten-free and sugar-free options. Borgata Baking Company will also serve fresh gelato flavors prepared in-house by Chef DuBois’ team of culinary talents.
