On Sunday, Oct. 12, the Retail Bakers of America (RBA) will host the fourth in its new RBA Roadshow series. This one-day event is designed to bring bakers, cake decorators, vendors, students and educators together.  It will be held at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, in Austin, TX.
