ifiGOURMET will feature the following products: Orange and Lemon Peels (Scorzoni), Candied Orange Slices, Candied Pineapple Slices, Whole Candied Clementines, and Whole Candied Figs in 1 kg. cases; and Cesarin’s specialty: Red Cherry Berry and Black Cherry Berry, in 5 kg. cases. Red Cherry Berry and Black Cherry Berry are the first natural candied cherries that feature a bright, vibrant color but have no preservatives, allergens, or sulphur dioxide (SO2) residue.

Cesarin’s Italian Candied Fruits can be used in a multitude of applications including ice cream and gelato, mousse, sorbet, semifreddo, and yogurt; and hold their shape and texture when baked in cakes, breads, cookies, and muffins. Their vibrant color and firmness make them ideal for decorating and garnish. Black Cherry Berry was developed especially for the ice cream industry to maintain optimal softness when frozen.
