Creative Cakes Bakery & Café is staging a unique event for customers from 6-8 p.m. on Nov. 19 at its Tinley Park, IL, retail location. "Jane Austin Speaks" at Creative Cakes will feature delightful actress Debra Ann Miller, who will be portraying Jane Austen at the bakery-café in the most vibrant and hopeful time of her life. Drawing from Jane Austen's letters, novels and Juvenilia, "Jane" will portray her life from Chawton Cottage in the autumn of 1815.

During the performance, Debra Ann Miller will use the entire space of the café, moving throughout tables and engaging with her audience. Following her performance, she will open the floor to Q & A about Jane Austen's writing and personal history.

Creative Cakes will be serving hot tea along with a delicious variety of finger-sandwiches, salads, and dessert - of course!
