Carlo's Bakery, the subject of the hit TLC series Cake Boss, will open a new location in Dallas, Texas in March of 2016. Fresh off the heels of a massive grand opening in Orlando, Florida, New York Times best-selling author and owner of Carlo's Bakery, Buddy Valastro will soon call Dallas home to the bakery's thirteenth location.

"The city is filled with charm and warm hospitality, it really is the perfect fit for Carlo's Bakery. With so many families in Dallas, I'm looking forward to the bakery being welcomed into their homes and onto their tables."
Carlo's Bakery will come to Dallas with its signature treats like the cannoli and lobster tail, as well as custom cake expertise bound to elevate the city's celebrations. Located at the Preston Center in the University Park area of Dallas, Texas, the bakery will span 2,486 square feet.
Currently under construction, Carlo's Bakery, located at 8319 Preston Road, is slated to open in March of 2016.
Established in 1910, Carlo's Bakery was catapulted from a Hoboken, NJ-based neighborhood bakery to a household name through the public's fascination with the over-the-top cakes produced by master baker Buddy Valastro and success of TLC's hit series, Cake Boss, and subsequent spinoff Next Great Baker.
