La Brea Bakery, a leading artisan bread company, is making strides in their commitment to food transparency and a farm-to-table mentality.
In addition to La Brea Bakery bread becoming non-GMO certified by the end of 2016, the brand will be transitioning to the use of cage-free eggs this year.
While the majority of La Brea Bakery breads and other foods do not include eggs, those that do, will use cage-free eggs as the ingredient in recipes.
