Dunkin Donuts has announced its new holiday menu, with plenty of innovative items that bakeries can use as inspiration in their own holiday offerings.

Joining the chain’s new premium hot tea lineup are several new drinks. They include a crème brulee coffee with a deep, caramelized sugar finish, a peppermint mocha, and salted caramel coffee.

In addition to the new drink choices are two interesting donut flavors: Candy Cane Crunch Donut and Boston Kreme Croissant Donut.  These are two popular holiday flavors that make for excellent donut innovations. The Candy Crunch Donut is filled with vanilla buttercream and topped with white icing and crushed candy cane pieces while the Boston Kreme ring fills the flaky layers with Bavarian creme and tops it off with a chocolate icing drizzle.

As several locations in the Northeast, Dunkin Donuts will also be offering a new Thanksgiving-themed turkey sandwich. It will include sliced turkey, along with savory stuffing and Ocean Spray cranberry sauce, all served on a ciabatta roll.
