Buddy Valastro, known as the Cake Boss, will bring his traditional Italian bakery to Houston in the next few months.

No details have been given on where exactly it will be located, but Valastro’s new bakery will join its Dallas location which was established early in 2016. Carlo’s Bakery has been busy with openings lately, as it recently celebrated the grand opening of a location in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Pastry fans have enjoyed the bakery’s signature menu for quite some time, and the residents of Houston are looking forward to the bakery’s famous lobster tails, flaked puff pastries  filled with French cream and a touch of Bailey’s Irish Cream.

The bakery is expected to make its debut in the spring of 2017. Valastro is said to be scouting locations all across the country in major areas such as Chicago, Orlando, Las Vegas, Philadelphia, New York, and Connecticut.

In addition to the aforementioned lobster tails, the bakery will also serve cookies, cakes, cupcakes, cannolis, danishes, and much more.
