Panera Bread is focused on further innovating its menu , with new bakery items on tap in the year ahead.

“Just know that we are intensely focused on driving desire for Panera through imaginative foods, bakery items and beverages that are both good for you and so delicious. They’re worth going out of your way for,” says Blaine Hurst, president of Panera Bread.

In addition to new soup, salad, and sandwich offerings, Panera has several cookies additions.

Chocolate Chipper Cookie - Panera’s Chocolate Chipper Cookie is now made with a new recipe. The cookie contains semi-sweet chocolate chunks and milk chocolate flakes.

Coconut Macaroon - Panera’s new Coconut Macaroon is a small coconut macaroon with the bottom dipped in chocolate. 

Kitchen Sink Cookie - Panera’s large, shareable Kitchen Sink Cookie is made with chocolate, milk chocolate, caramel pieces and pretzels and is finished with a sprinkle of flake salt.

Oatmeal Raisin with Berries Cookie - Panera’s Oatmeal Raisin with Berries Cookie is a chewy oatmeal raisin cookie with fried cranberries, strawberries and blueberries.

Raspberry Almond Thumbprint Cookie - The Raspberry Almond Thumbprint Cookie is an almond butter cookie with a thumbprint of raspberry jam all dusted with powdered sugar.

Shortbread Cookie - Panera’s Shortbread Cookie is a buttery classic shortbread cookie that, according to Panera, melts in the mouth.

Heart Cookie - Panera’s Heart Cookie is an all-butter shortbread cookie shaped like a heart and decorated with pink, red and white icing for Valentine’s Day.
