As Bay State Milling Montana, the acquisition expands Bay State’s operations to 13 milling, processing, lab and commercial facilities across the United States and Canada.

The moves are part of its strategy to deliver “accessible and affordable plant-based nutrition to manufacturers and foodservice providers.”

This is the fifth generation of family ownership for the company, the largest privately held grain miller in the United States.
