The New York City bagel shop will be popping up around the city the evening of Thursday, April 20 to give away 420 free bacon, egg & cheese sandwiches made fresh on the spot with Vital Farms pasture-raised eggs.
The kiosk’s interior was designed by Rebecca Cohen-Scharfman, who also oversaw the design of the Rockefeller Center, Williamsburg, and Boerum Hill shops.
Since opening in 2014, the bagel shop led by James Beard-nominated executive chef Dianna Daoheung has been pushing the boundaries of how NYC bagels are made.
