The vegan cinnamon roll bakery chain is celebrating the special day on Wednesday, October 4 at its nearly 100 locations nationwide.

The new partnership will also empower the local community through inclusive employment opportunities.

The three organizations will join forces to honor Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) patients, their families and the healthcare professionals caring for them.

The 45,000-square-foot facility also includes North America R&D labs.

The brand’s first-ever filled cake flavor is a nod to the beloved Mexican classic dessert.
