Josh Sosland is president of Sosland Publishing Company, editor of Milling & Baking News and editor-in-chief of Food Business News. He has been a member of the editorial staff of Sosland since 1983. He is a 1982 graduate of Harvard College.
The company is seeking to create a modern, inclusive and sustainable cocoa supply chain, and 100% of its cocoa being responsibly sourced and traceable from farm to first point of purchase by 2025.
The industry leader has partnered with local non-profit organizations in the Pacific Northwest to host two volunteer-fueled trail cleanup events taking place on National Cleanup Day and National Public Lands Day.
