This recipe comes courtesy of Rhubarb (Asheville, NC) pastry chef Mallory Foster, created for Rhubarb’s sister concept, The Rhu.

In celebration of World Stroopwafel Day, the partnership has also lined up a fleet of themed bikes to deliver free stroopwafel samples and cupcakes throughout the city to the public.
