The Real Bread Campaign in the United Kingdom is calling for a legal definition of sourdough bread.

The Houston, Texas-based brand will have four stores in the Minneapolis and St. Paul areas.

Laxman Narasimhan will assume the position in April 2023.

Through its subsidiary Danstar Ferment AG, the company has agreed to acquire the Nutrilife baking enzymes business of BASF.

The digital courses, powered by BAKERpedia, will cover the fundamentals of bread production.
