The craft chocolate maker is introducing its newest creation after years of dedication and experimentation.

The annual educational and networking event will take place Feb. 27-29 in Chicago.

The company is now accepting entries for the best biscuit creations on restaurant menus nationwide as part of the Biskies Recipe Contest.

The buns deliver the soft, rich, buttery flavor and texture of authentic brioche bread, and are certified Kosher, vegan-friendly and made in their sesame seed free facilities.

The Houston, Texas-based brand is set to open 15 locations in Florida, North Carolina and Tennessee in the coming years.

New sweet and savory flavor categories will be open to all of four divisions this year, including the professional and amateurs.

The new location provides a glimpse into the future of the historic Hoboken bakery with whimsical elements combined with the old-school tastes and charm of the popular bake shop.

Avery Ruzicka, owner of the Northern California bakery, and pastry chef Stephanie Prida put together a lineup of creative offerings and a new bake kit made for home bakers and pastry lovers in mind.
